Welcome to the Hispanic Employment Program Manager (HEPM) Library.  We are very pleased that you have selected our site as a resource; this site was built with you in mind.  It is our intent that this site serve as an often used point of reference for individuals who are interested in knowing more about Hispanic under-representation in the Federal government. 

This site will provide you with access to Presidential Proclamations, Executive Orders, Federal-wide and agency specific Hispanic Employment Plans, Hispanic Employment Statistics, Demographic Data on Hispanics, and formal reports, studies and presentation that address the issue of Hispanic Federal Employment.
